We are looking for various supervisory and management roles for our packhouse.
About the job:

Manage and motivate your team to achieve production goals efficiently

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly

Work closely with other team leads to implement adjustments and ensure alignment with production goals

Ensure a safe working environment at all times

Maintain clear communication within the team and with other departments.

Manage your team of pickers efficiently and effectively to achieve the daily plan
As the summers are usually hot in Central Otago, it can be very refreshing to work in cold temperatures. You feel less exhausted compared to working in the sun and can still enjoy warm and sunny afternoons or evenings down at the lake.
When the season gets closer to its peak, we will run two shifts in the packhouse. You can choose to start working early in the morning (around 6am) and have the evening off or start later in the day and enjoy slow mornings.
About you:

Experience in leading a team is required

Preferably you’ve got some experience in a packhouse environment

Outstanding verbal skills and confidence to communicate with different people

Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box

Good level of english as you will work with people from all over the world

Empathetic and passionate about working with people
