As a skilled Precision Ag Operator to join you will play a crucial role in optimising crop production through advanced technology and data-driven practices.

JOB OWNERSHIP:

• Field Operations: Operate precision agriculture equipment, including GPS-guided tractors, drones, and sensors.
• Data Collection: Gather and analyse data related to soil health, crop yield, and environmental conditions.
• Variable Rate Application: Implement precise fertiliser, pesticide, and irrigation applications based on data insights.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of machinery and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with agronomists, farm managers, and other team members.

CORE SKILLS:

• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
• Prior experience operating tractors.
• Willingness to Learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
• Proficiency in using GPS systems, data management software, and farm equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
