About the role:

You will assist our accommodation manager to run our on-site accommodation and to ensure our staff have an enjoyable stay. Due to the nature of working with people, your days will be structured and similar but there will never be a dull day or two the same.

 

About the job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents

  • Handle inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently

  • Administration tasks such as digital record keeping
  • Address and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally

  • Provide pastoral care to residents

  • Undertake ad hoc cleaning when required
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations

  • Implement and maintain safety protocols for residents and on-site staff

  • Carry out scheduled stock takes and order products if required

 

About you:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Great organisational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and think out of the box

  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player

  • Ideally lives on-site
