JOB OUTLINE - MACHINE OPERATOR

The core focus of this hands-on operational role is to efficiently and safely drive, operate and coordinate LeaderBrand vehicles and machinery while collaborating with the wider groundwork, management, harvest, planting, and irrigation teams. Machine Operators are responsible for their respective vehicles and machinery & their operations, and maintaining LeaderBrand quality standards, health & safety and compliance requirements.
