JOB OUTLINE - GREENHOUSE CROP SUPERVISOR

This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal growth and health of our crops through advanced agronomy practices, irrigation management, harvest crew supervision, and climate control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage greenhouse crop production.
• Monitor crop health and address any issues promptly.
• Agronomy: Ensure optimal crop health and yield.
• Irrigation: Ensure precise water and nutrient delivery.
• Climate control: Adjust climate settings to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Machinery operation & maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of crop performance and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with the team and supervise the harvest crew .

Desired Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in greenhouse crop management.
