Burmont Holdings is looking for a Farm Assistant looking for a progressive career to be working towards a Herd Manager role in the future.  As a Farm Assistant you will assist in the day-to-day running of the farm to maximise production, key activities include: Milking Cows through a 50-bail rotary with ACR’s, Protrack drafting system to manage Allflex collar alerts and Auto teat spray system.  You will be assisting with calving/calf rearing and mating Shifting Irrigators, break fencing, managing cows into allocated paddocks.  General good care of stock, weed spraying and assisting with general farm maintenance.

Starting 1st June 2025, average hours required per week is 45 (6:2 roster), healthy Homes accommodation available.

You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and have a passion for farming and animals with 1-year minimum experience.
