INVENTORY AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

Our team is passionate, hardworking, and always striving to improve. This role supports our Gisborne Farm operations through management of our stock and inventory systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support inventory processes for a wide range of agricultural inputs (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, spare parts)
• Ensure accuracy between physical stock and digital records
• Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs including:
  • Inventory Aging % (IA%)
  • Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR)
  • Days on Hand (DOH)
  • Stock Value and Losses
• Maintain dashboards for visibility of stock movements
• Provide data-driven insights to support supply chain decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and future digital system integration
