JOB OUTLINE - Farm Worker and Machine Operator

The core focus of this hands-on operational role is to support the Salad Leaf team with harvesting operations and machinery operation.

As a machinery operator you will efficiently and safely drive, operate and coordinate LeaderBrand vehicles and machinery while collaborating with the wider team to achieve your overall team objective. Machine Operators are responsible for their respective vehicles and machinery & their operations, and maintaining LeaderBrand quality standards, health & safety and compliance requirements.
