Based in Gisborne and reporting to the Processing Engineering Manager, you’ll be our on‑site automation expert. You’ll lead the design and implementation of automation processes, support daily automation activities, and work closely with teams across the site.

You’ll spend time on the floor using the SCADA system to understand breakdowns and defects, coach and develop the maintenance capability of our teams, and partner with Production to drive continuous improvement and system reliability.
