To support daily operations with farm Irrigation and water application needs. This is a hands on and operational role. 

This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract to align with the peak irrigation and cropping season. The duration reflects the seasonal nature of farm operations, where increased labor is required to meet the demands of crop establishment, irrigation, maintenance, and harvesting.

The role is essential during this critical period to ensure timely and efficient water application and crop care. Employment beyond the 6-month period may be reviewed depending on seasonal conditions, operational needs, and performance. A great attitude and being a team player is a must.
